Guests can join us for seasonal hand crafted wine dinners by Winery and Cuisinières Catering Chef Althea Grey Potter.
Meant to highlight the thinking behind how we at the Collective view the overarching style of the amazing community of Cuisine and Wines being made all over our beloved Portland: Local and seasonal products prepared and made though global and regional inspiration.
Wines pairings will feature the joining of local/global view with side by side old world and Pacific NW comparatives (and beer), curated specifically to that season, and to reflect the extensive domestic and foreign wine list offered by the glass in the Collective’s Wine Bar (over 60 wines by the glass at any one time!)
These dinners will also offer an authentic Farm/Vineyard to Table experience in the heart of the city, celebrating products grown and crafted in the urban environment (that have not usually been known to be grown/made in an urban environment ie winemaking and farming) and their inspirations.
At $65 with wine pairings, the dinner series will have approachable pricing, intended to bring our urban community together, to learn and give back.
Our Wine and Chef Series are dinners intended to showcase our ongoing collaborations with a wide range of peers in the culinary and wine world - much in the Collective spirit of community!
