Pre-IPNC Dinner and a flight!

from 4:00PM to 10:00PM - Southeast Wine Collective

IPNC is a perfect time to check out the culture of winemaking both in the valley and in Portland!

Kick off your IPNC weekend with a taste of Portland: Enjoy a 5 Course Chef’s Tasting Menu by Chef Althea Grey Potter at Oui!, nestled within the SE Wine Collective Urban Winery!

A flight of Pinot noirs made at the Collective will be offered and is complimentary to attendees and participants of IPNC.

Tables for groups of 1 to 16 guests are available for the reservation time of your choosing that evening, starting at 4:00pm (last seating at 9:30pm.)
