Who doesn’t love a good chili cook-off and who doesn’t love wine? We don’t know a single person who would raise a hand to that question, so we’ve decided to marry these two fantastic friends together!

This idea has been simmering for a while with our friends at Flatbrim wines and Stella Taco, and we’ve partnered with them to cook up a great winter afternoon for you in the early New Year.

The concept is simple: Invite some great Cabernet Franc producers to pour their wine, and pair them with Portland chefs who will put their best chili up to the challenge. Add you all in the mix and it’s a party!

YES - there will be prizes - Judges’ and Peoples’ Choice award for best Chili, and overall favorite wines! So buy your tickets, come taste, and VOTE!

Tickets are only in $20 advance ($25 at the door) and include pours of franc and generous samples of chili.
