Who doesn’t love a good chili cook-off and who doesn’t love wine? We
don’t know a single person who would raise a hand to that question, so
we’ve decided to marry these two fantastic friends together!Last year was our inaugural competition and this year we are back for more!
The concept is
simple: Invite some great Cabernet Franc producers to pour their wine,
and pair them with Portland chefs who will put their best chili up to
the challenge. Add you all in the mix and it’s a party!
