Join us for Old World/New World Raclette Meltdown!

We've been big fans of Steve Jones since well before the Collective doors opened and couldn't resist teaming up with The Cheese Bar master monger for one of his notoriously tasty raclette parties. Never satisfied with keeping it simple for our new Supper Social series, we asked Steve to turn it up a notch or three.

For this February's event, we've created a good ole fashioned duel with the Old: Traditional Raclette paired with a French ale, Savoie White and Jura Red taking on the New: Swiss Nachos paired with a Portland Ale, Collective White and Collective Red!

 

Old World, New World Menu

Old World:
Classic Raclette: Frommage Raclette, potato and sweet heart ham
Paired with tastes of: Two French wines and a French beer

New World:
Swiss "Nachos": Potato chips, topped with melted Raclette and fried cornichons
Paired with tastes of: 2 Wines produced at SE Wine Collective and one local beer
