What's New at the Collective
Collective Collaboration Dinner with ATAULA
It is no secret that we here at the SE Wine Collective love the relationship that food and wine share. It is with that sentiment that we are happily hosting the incredible team from Ataula for a night celebrating Spanish inspired food and wines.
Ataula (ah-TAŮ-luh) is a Catalonian word which roughly translated means, ‘to the table.’ It is the call to meals in that part of Spain, uttered by chefs, home cooks, mothers and grandmothers alike. It signals everyone to gather and share food with their loved ones. Bring yours and join us.
Please join us on June 16th at 6 pm for an unforgettable night. Reserve your highly limited seats by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org.

This year, we are building on a passion project we began last year; Drink Chenin and are leading the charge nationwide with restaurants, retailers and wine lovers of all types for Drink Chenin Day on June 12th. The Collective will feature a Chenin takeover from 4pm to 7pm with tastes, half glasses and glasses of Chenin Blanc (and ONLY Chenin) will be served in the Bar - there will be an assortment of 10+ Chenins from around the world to discover and enjoy!
This amazing and versatile varietal has remained on the fringes of the spotlight for too long, so let’s join together to bring Chenin Blanc to the center of the conversation for what to drink at the dinner table, or any time for that matter!
Beginning NOW, we will be using the hashtag #DrinkChenin with every social media post to help trend the day and spread the word for Chenin. Also, get more updates at the dedicated Facebook page.
We hope that you will join us for Drink Chenin day on June 12th!

We are happy to welcome the newest member of our team, Luke Mathews! He will be serving as our Marketing & Wine Club Manager and will be working in the Tasting Bar as the Assistant Manager.
Luke has washed dishes, served, managed, coordinated, created and breathed hospitality & events since he was too young to drink; but never really considered a career in wine until 2009. It was then that he left an entirely different life behind in Los Angeles, embarking on a worldwide journey to learn the art and science of wine making.
Now that his days of traveling for vintage are over, he has combined his know how of events and hospitality with a passion for all things wine to serve as the Marketing and Wine Club Manager for the SE Wine Collective. Look for him in the tasting bar, he’ll likely be bow-tied and bearded.
Join the Collective Club Today!
From almost the day we opened, customers, friends and family have been asking about when we would start a wine club. Well, weren't sure at first because we didn't think the world needed another club where the winery unloaded unwanted wines or just their most expensive bottles. After months of planning and working with each of the Collective wineries, we're proud and excited to launch the Collective Club - the first wine club to offer wines by over 8 producers spanning serveral varietals and wines that are amongst our best and most coveted!
Become a Collective Club member and receive two shipments a year with exclusive benefits and discounts on our entire wine list (including guest and import wines). Collective Introduction Members will receive three wines made by three different Collective producers twice a year. Collective Continuation members will receive six wines, three of which will be our smallest production wines made at the Collective in addition to the Introduction set, twice a year.
All wine club members will receive 10% off bottle-to-go purchases and 15% off case purchases. Other benefits include complimentary quarterly tastings for up to four people every quarter per membership, Happy Hour pricing during normal Tasting Bar hours and preferred private event rates for hosting events at the winery. The new perk this fall is discounted tickets to our biannual open house events, Urban Thanksgiving and #Vinlandia, AND early VIP access to both.
