Collective Community Dinner - Early Spring in the Loire!
Cuisinières Dinners at the Collective Feature Regionally Inspired Foods Prepared by Chef Althea Grey Potter wtih Wines from the Collecitve and Around the World!
The SE Wine Collective is launching a new dinner series called Cuisinières at the Collective! These regionally inspired multi-course meals are hand-crafted by our amazing chef, Althea Grey Potter, and paired with wines from near and far that express the food and wines of these amazing places.
Spring has arrived early this year, so join us on March 10th at great value of $50 including food and wine for an evening inspired by the season in France's Loire Valley. Chef Althea is cooking four courses around a duo pairing of Loire and Loire inspried wines. Bonnie Crocker, Elliot Karpman and Kate Monroe will lead a discusion on the amazing wines of this somewhat overshadowed region and those who have been inspired by these wines in the Northwest.

It's Bottling Time!
Yes, it's that exciting time again! Many of the wines we've been perfecting over the course of recent months are ready to be bottled. From 2/25 - 3/6, feel free to stop by and observe the careful process of bottling that harnesses the tastes and that you will later discover when these wines are released.

From almost the day we opened, customers, friends and family have been asking about when we would start a wine club. Well, weren't sure at first because we didn't think the world needed another club where the winery unloaded unwanted wines or just their most expensive bottles. After months of planning and working with each of the Collective wineries, we're proud and excited to launch the Collective Club - the first wine club to offer wines by over 8 producers spanning serveral varietals and wines that are amongst our best and most coveted!
Become a Collective Club member and receive two shipments a year with exclusive benefits and discounts on our entire wine list (including guest and import wines). Collective Introduction Members will receive three wines made by three different Collective producers twice a year. Collective Continuation members will receive six wines, three of which will be our smallest production wines made at the Collective in addition to the Introduction set, twice a year.
All wine club members will receive 10% off bottle-to-go purchases and 15% off case purchases. Other benefits include complimentary quarterly tastings for up to four people every quarter per membership, Happy Hour pricing during normal Tasting Bar hours and preferred private event rates for hosting events at the winery. The new perk this fall is discounted tickets to our biannual open house events, Urban Thanksgiving and #Vinlandia, AND early VIP access to both.
