What's New at the Collective
The Cuisinieres Late Summer Dinner Should Not Be Missed!
This time of year is pretty magical here in the Pacific Northwest. Gardens and farms are overflowing with produce as if they know that we need as much nourishment as possible before harvest sets in. During this time, the kitchen at the SE Wine Collective is coming up with some innovative and expressive dishes utilizing the fresh ingredients that are so plentiful in the region.
With that in mind, the Cuisinieres are partnering with their farm partner, Beginning Urban Farm Apprenticeship (BUFA) for the third dinner in the “Cuisinières at the Collective” series, which celebrates the bounty of summer with inspired food and wine pairings. Each course, hand-crafted by SE Wine Collective Chef Althea Grey Potter, will feature produce sourced from BUFA. Ten dollars of the proceeds from each dinner ticket will go to support students of the BUFA program and educating future farmers on locally urban produced, non-GMO agricultural practices.
Only 24 seats are available for this dinner and they will sell out fast!

Stangeland Vineyards and Winery is our next Guest Winemaker tasting opportunity at the SE Wine Collective!
Corey Schuster, of Jackalope Cellars, is burning the midnight oil and also represents Stangland in the Portland area. He is a good friend of ours at the Collective and we have been wanting him to come in and show off these wines as soon as we found out he had access to them. The time has finally come and we can't wait for you to try this special flight of expressive wines.
Friday 8/28 / 6-8pm
TBD but check the Facebook event for more details!

Join the Collective Club Today!
From almost the day we opened, customers, friends and family have been asking about when we would start a wine club. Well, weren't sure at first because we didn't think the world needed another club where the winery unloaded unwanted wines or just their most expensive bottles. After months of planning and working with each of the Collective wineries, we're proud and excited to launch the Collective Club - the first wine club to offer wines by over 8 producers spanning serveral varietals and wines that are amongst our best and most coveted!
Become a Collective Club member and receive two shipments a year with exclusive benefits and discounts on our entire wine list (including guest and import wines). Collective Introduction Members will receive three wines made by three different Collective producers twice a year. Collective Continuation members will receive six wines, three of which will be our smallest production wines made at the Collective in addition to the Introduction set, twice a year.
All wine club members will receive 10% off bottle-to-go purchases and 15% off case purchases. Other benefits include complimentary quarterly tastings for up to four people every quarter per membership, Happy Hour pricing during normal Tasting Bar hours and preferred private event rates for hosting events at the winery. The new perk this fall is discounted tickets to our biannual open house events, Urban Thanksgiving and #Vinlandia, AND early VIP access to both.
